These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the EAU Group mobile application, website (www.eaugroup.co or www.ecolearnalphauniversegroup.com ), EcoLearn Academy platform, and all related services (“Services”) provided by EcoLearn & Alpha Universe Group FZC, registered in Sharjah, UAE.

By accessing or using our Services, you agree to these Terms.

1. GENERAL INFORMATION

EcoLearn & Alpha Universe Group FZC (“EcoLearn”, “we”, “us”, “our”) provides educational programs, mentorship services, subscription-based memberships, digital educational courses, and community access through our website and application (“EAU Group App”).

2. USER ACCOUNTS

2.1 You must provide accurate, updated, and complete information when creating your account. 2.2 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
2.3 You agree not to share your account access with others.

3. PAYMENTS & SUBSCRIPTIONS

3.1 Payments are processed securely through our authorized payment providers.
3.2 By selecting a subscription, you authorize us to charge your chosen payment method.

Saving Card Details
If you click “Save my payment card for future payments”, you authorize EcoLearn securely

store your card details with our payment gateway for automatic renewals and future purchases.

Automatic Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled.

Cancellation

Subscriptions may be cancelled anytime before renewal; however:

You must notify our support team at least 24 hours before your membership renews.

4. REFUND POLICY

4.1 Refunds for digital products or memberships are available within 24 hours of purchase, provided the user has not accessed or consumed the content significantly.

4.2 After 24 hours, all sales are final due to the immediate delivery of digital value.

5. CONTENT & INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

5.1 All materials, videos, courses, branding, and digital content are owned by EcoLearn. 5.2 Users may not copy, distribute, resell, or misuse any content.
5.3 Access is for personal use only.

6. DATA USAGE & MARKETING CONSENT

By using our Services, you acknowledge and agree that:

✔ Your data may be used for communication, updates, and marketing purposes, including promotional messages, newsletters, and offers.
✔ You may unsubscribe from marketing messages at any time by sending our support team a request on [email protected]

7. COMMUNITY & BEHAVIOR

7.1 Users must maintain respectful behavior inside groups, calls, and community channels. 7.2 EcoLearn may suspend access for misconduct or violation of guidelines.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

EcoLearn is not responsible for financial losses, trading decisions, or actions taken based on our educational material. All content is for informational and educational purposes.

9. TERMINATION

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms or engages in fraud, misuse, or harmful behavior.

10. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates (UAE). Any disputes shall be resolved in Sharjah jurisdiction.

EAU Group FZC is not responsible or liable for any financial, investment, trading, communication, mindset, business, coaching, educational advice, signals, recommendations, or opinions provided by any member, student, customer, affiliate, partner, coach, or third party outside the Company’s official channels. Only information and services published through the official EAU Group App, EcoLearn Academy, and the official EAU Group website (including the Products & Services page) are considered official. Any reliance on information obtained outside these official channels is solely at the client’s own risk. All EAU Group services are provided for educational purposes only and do not constitute personalized financial, investment, legal, or tax advice.
